Case# 632 | Submentoplasty | Orlando. This Orlando area woman was bothered by fullness under her chin and a drooping jawline. Dr. Gross corrected her profile with a submentoplasty procedure through a small incision under her chin. There was no liposuction performed. The platysma muscle was tightened surgically with corset platysmaplasty in our outpatient surgery center. Recovery was 1 week and she is very happy!
