This 40-year-old Orlando gentleman consulted with Dr. Gross in our Lake Mary office for ear protrusion that had bothered him since childhood. He had grown up being self-conscious about his ears and waited many years to seek correction. He also wanted his nose thinned because of a bulbous tip and thick skin. Dr. Gross performed Otoplasty (ear pinning) and Rhinoplasty to help refine his look. His after photo shows the ears in better position and the nose tip thinner--both with a natural appearance. Incisions are hidden behind the ears so there is no visibility. Results at 6 months. He is very happy.

According to the ASPS, the average general plastic surgeon does 2-3 otoplasties per year, whereas  Dr. Gross performs 10-15 per year–five times more than the average plastic surgeon.
