Nose job: This Orlando man was self-conscious about his profile and wanted the large dorsal hump on his nasal bridge removed. Dr. Gross performed reduction rhinoplasty to remove a massive amount of excess bone and the tip truncation technique to achieve these results. The after photo taken at 1 month shows tip de-projection, a smooth profile, and a 25% volume reduction. He is very happy.
