Case# 653. Facelift & Neck Lift for Men. This 55-year-old Orlando businessman was bothered by a droopy neck and loss of his jawline.  Dr. Gross performed a facelift and neck lift ( with platysma muscle plication)  to redefine his jawline and improve his profile.  Liposuction was also done.
