This Orlando woman was bothered by lower eyelid puffiness, a tired look, and sagging of the lower eyelids. Dr. Edward Gross performed a cosmetic lower eyelid lift, known as lower blepharoplasty, to erase the bags under her eyes. We used the trans-conjunctival technique (TCB), also known as the stitchless technique. Photographs are shown at 6 months, and she has a natural look. The procedure was performed as an outpatient at our accredited, on-site surgical facility in Lake Mary, Florida. Her recovery was 1 week.
