Case# 673. This 35-year-old Orlando woman was bothered by a tired look and swelling under her eyes. Dr. Gross performed a lower eyelid job with the stitch-less technique in about an hour to achieve these results. We also treated with Botox to soften the muscle contraction in the area.
"This procedure is also known as a transconjunctival blepharoplasty (TCB) and is commonly used for younger patients," says Dr. Gross.
