Dr. Gross and his staff are beyond excellent. He performed a rhinoplasty on me and the results were perfect. I did end up getting an infection which both him and his Nurse Sara worked diligently to treat. Though it was setback in my healing, everything turned out great. If you are looking for a skilled surgeon and medical team, Primera Plastic Surgery is the place you’re looking for.

Using a throw-away account because I wish to remain anonymous. I went to Dr. Gross for a revision rhino after being dissatisfied with my original surgery that occurred over 10 years ago. During the consultation, Dr. Gross took the time to explain where my first surgeon went wrong (removing too much cartilage, etc.) and generated mock up images to convey his recommended changes using cartilage from my ear. Dr. Gross also respected my wishes to not change anything to my nose bridge shape, which I was already happy with. Throughout the day of the actual surgery and leading up to that day, I was treated very well by Dr. Gross, nuse Sarah, and Shalyn, as well as the receptionists at the front. I was always put at ease and comfortable at the facility. Overall, I am beyond thrilled with my revision rhino (and remember to be patient, as there's often extra swelling with revisions!). Dr. Gross also straightened my septum for better breathing. I feel like I finally have the nose I've always wanted, and when i look in the mirror, i like what i see. I couldn't imagine going elsewhere for my revision, and I'm so glad that I did.

I can’t say enough about how fantastic my whole experience was with Dr. Gross and his team. Dr Gross is so knowledgeable and accurate about his work you know you’re in good hands. The team have the process down to a fine art, there is no worry or confusion. The consolation is clear and accurate and informative with no pressure to go ahead with the procedure. The facility is spotless and comfortable. If it’s a procedure on your face that you are thinking of, I wouldn’t go any where else. Dr. Gross and his team are incredible
