This is my second surgery with Dr. Gross. I have to say I'm very satisfied with his work. Both times, he has corrected previous procedures performed by other surgeons and has always been honest, professional, and impeccable in his work. His Nurse, Sara, has always been exceptional throughout the process and of course, his entire team. Thank you guys!
(Rhinoplasty) To put it simply, Dr. Gross changed my life. For as long as I can remember, I carried the weight of an insecurity that seemed impossible to shake. No matter how much I tried to hide it, it was always there. It ate away at me:( When I made the decision to pursue rhinoplasty, I knew I needed a surgeon who was not only skilled but also compassionate. From the moment I met Dr. Gross, I knew he was the one. Trusting my gut and choosing him was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Dr. Gross’s incredible work speaks for itself!!!!! He took the time to understand my concerns, patiently answered all my questions, and ensured I felt confident every step of the way. I’ve only had a consultation, but I will say it was incredibly thorough and professional. I never give five stars until post-surgery, so we shall see! I feel very confident in his abilities because I saw him 20 years ago and felt the same way. Very happy with what I’ve seen thus far.

I've been going to Primera for a couple of years now to repair damage to my skin and nose. I will continue to use Primera for many years to come for upkeep. I've achieved fabulous results with the help of Dr Gross and his incredible staff. Highly recommend. Update: 2/13/25 Still going to Primera for skin care. They provide excellent service. Staff as always is wonderful. Dr Gross takes interest in his patients well being. After 5 years, I'm going to continue for as many years as I deem necessary to keep up with a healthy skin care regime. Thank you Primera for being so wonderful.

LOVE my recent Sculptra treatment with Kristine, APRN! It was my first time getting Sculptra, so I was very nervous, but she was so gentle and kind, making me feel completely at ease! My results have given me an extra boost in confidence and I would do it all over again. Thanks Kristine!

Chin Implant and Submentoplasty (Chin Tuck) I received a medium chin implant and a chin tuck or submentoplasty to improve my profile and add balance to my prominent nose. I could not be happier with my results! My profile used to be something I thought about all the time and now I never think about or when I see my neckline, I love it. Regarding the surgery itself, I experienced no pain whatsoever. There was some nerve damage in my lower lip, which is normal and healing within a month. This was explained as a likely outcome prior to surgery so was not a surprise. The swelling came down significantly after 2-3 months, but you really need to wait a year for final results. I'm so glad I did this and I highly recommend Dr. Gross in Lake Mary, Florida for this procedure.
Dr. Gross and his team have truly changed my life. I’m not being dramatic. I struggled severely to breathe and basically couldn’t pass any air in my left nostril due to deviated septum and other internal issues. I was suffering from 1-3 migraines a week. My sleep was only great if I didn’t cover my one good nostril. My nose was the central feature on my face because it was literally growing forward off my face more and more due to injuries that fractured the base. The list goes on and on. Let me tell you now how much better my quality of life is. Since having the surgery done in Mid-November, I have only had 1 headache. That’s it! I cannot believe it! I didn’t realize how poor my breathing was until it’s been fixed! I am sleeping deeper. On top of all of those health benefits, my confidence has never been better. I look in the mirror and feel stunning. Which is a huge bonus! He really did give me my dream nose. I cannot recommend Dr. Gross and his team enough. They offer amazing customer service and take care of you from the second to set up a consultation with them. I need to specifically mention that Sara (the nurse) and Shalyn (office staff) feel like they are two of my friends now. They are always happy to greet me and just feel genuinely interested in my progress/results. Every time I need to call the office, I am always cared for and have my needs met promptly. Please, if you have been considering rhinoplasty come here! I consulted with 4 other ENT/rhinoplasty surgeons before Primera, and it was SO obvious that Dr. Gross was the best choice. I have already referred him to 3 of my friends.
