It has been the first time that I have operated my nose, well in general I have taken my first operation. Since I was little I did not like my nose but I was afraid to make this change and look bad. However, it was easy for me with Dr. Gross, he was very attentive and kind to me as his entire team! has an excellent team. I was not afraid and I like the result more and more. He does an excellent job, I recommend him 100%.

I had my consultation about 2 months ago and everyone was so friendly from the moment I walked in. I immediately felt like I chose the right place just from how comfortable I was and how knowledgeable Dr. Gross and his staff are! I’m scheduled for surgery today and excited to see the results! I’ll post another review after. 3 week update!!! Literally a dream nose!!! If you look at my nose and compare it to the consultation photos it’s already so spot on even with swelling still in my tip. I keep telling my family and friends I’m so mad I didn’t meet Dr. Gross sooner!

I cannot say enough good things about Primera Plastic Surgery. I went to them in the spring of 2020 for a rhinoplasty. I am 27 years old and moved to Florida by myself. I don't have any family here and this was my first big medical event 'without my mom' - I must admit, I was very nervous. Especially for a facial surgery procedure, I mean, that's your face! However, from Day 1 of my first consultation, Primera and Dr. Gross immediately put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable about the process and procedure. At the very first appointment, I was able to meet Dr. Gross and he showed me computer imaging of what my nose results would look like. Having a visual of the expected results up front was very comforting, and exciting! At the following appointments, every member of the Primera staff was pleasant, helpful and diligent. I can't say enough good things about his nurse Sara who stayed in contact with me by email the whole time to address any concerns I had. They prepared a surgery recovery bag filled with essentials I would need and gave me a detailed description of the pre- and post-op procedures. I felt very secure and taken care of. After surgery, the staff checked in on me and Dr. Gross even gave me his cell phone number in case I had any questions. The day my splint came off a week later, they treated me like a movie star. Their adjoining spa facility gave me a facial and blew out my hair to celebrate my 'new look.' It was honestly one of the best days ever. I never had a 'bad nose,' but I was always insecure about it and wished it looked different. I'll admit I felt a little silly when I first went in asking for a nose job given that I didn't have a 'bad nose', but Primera & Dr. Gross made me feel heard and supported. I after the whole process and surgery, I now have an absolutely BEAUTIFUL nose and my confidence has increased exponentially. I would absolutely recommend Primera & Dr. Gross to anyone, especially for a rhinoplasty because my new nose is just PERFECT! My only regret is that I didn't visit them sooner. 🙂
