I am so thrilled with the results from the wrinkle-lessening techniques used for me from Primera Plastic Surgery. The lines around my eyes and mouth and the bags under my eyes are extremely reduced! Everyone in the office was incredibly kind and gave very complete, honest answers to my questions. The price was reviewed for me before the procedure and they talked to me about what to expect after the procedure. I highly recommend this practice for any work you do!

Everyone is kind, friendly, and patient. I’ve had Botox for several years, on and off, and this was by far the best injection I have ever experienced. No bruising, no pain, and every winkle I wanted to go away is gone! Highly recommend!

I’m about a month out since I’ve had my rhinoplasty/septoplasty. Dr. Gross and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and really want what’s best for anyone in their care. They go over in great detail what to expect, the cost, recovery and anything else you want addressed. The scariest part of any procedure I feel is the part right before you go under. I literally had a conversation with the nurse without even feeling her stick me with the needle for the IV. You also already have an idea of what you’ll look like after surgery with their computer results that alter your photo. I loved the computer results of what I could expect but honestly even being a month out my actual nose is that much better. The nose is such a hard procedure for surgeons to get right , and you’ll realize not many are skilled in doing the surgery. Dr. Gross literally specializes in it and you won’t be disappointed. You can either pay once and get beautiful results or go elsewhere and most likely end up coming to see Dr. Gross for a revision. Definitely go see the Primera team you won’t be disappointed!

I have never had a better experience with a doctor's office in my life. I had a rhinoplasty/deviated septum revision with Dr. Gross June 2020. The results were life changing. My breathing and my confidence were completely restored. Himself and his entire staff is incredibly friendly and walked me through each step from my consult appointment all the way to my surgery. Melissa, one of the medical assistants, especially helped me through every question and concern that I had during the entire process. The entire staff truly took the time to get to know me and my expectations with surgery and they exceeded them! Dr. Gross is an excellent and talented surgeon and his work truly shows it. I'm so happy with my results. 1000/10 stars. I would recommend them a million times over.

I have been considering rhinoplasty for a long time, but was nervous about having surgery and what recovery would be like. Also, as I have gotten a little older I’ve been self conscious about my profile. I had a consultation with Dr. Gross and we discussed rhinoplasty and submentoplasty. I don’t know why I waited so long, but I am so happy I found Dr. Gross! From the day of consultation to pre op to post op Dr. Gross and his amazing team explained the entire process in a way that made sense and put me at total ease. The recovery for me was easy, and I experienced little to no discomfort. Dr. Gross and his team made sure I was comfortable and they were there every step of the way. I am beyond happy with my results and highly recommend Dr. Gross and Primera Plastic Surgery! In addition to the procedures I had done the included services provided in the Primera Med Spa and Salon were phenomenal! Thank you Primera Plastic Surgery for giving me confidence in how I look and feel.

Going in for the consultation, I noticed the staff was very friendly, organized, and the facility was super clean. Dr. Gross was very informative, already knew what to do with my nose, considering I'm a cleft patient, I knew I wasn't going to be your ordinary patient. But he was super confident and assured me that I was a good candidate for a rhinoplasty to improve my breathing, the assymettry of my nostrils, etc. The days leading up to my surgery I was met with Shalyn, who was amazing btw, gave me her number to answer all the questions I had, she has given me all the info needed post-op, was very organized with all my scheduling and appointments. She made financing with CareCredit super easy, and also gave me this little care bag of saline, medicine, gauze, care tips, etc, and everything I needed for post-op. The day before surgery, I was treated with a COMPLIMENTARY facial lymphatic massage by Cathi that was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. The day of surgery, I was under the care of Sara, who was so gentle and caring, helped kept me at ease from nervousness, and I couldn't be more thankful for such a smooth transition into surgery. Dr. Gross also gave my husband a follow-up text to see how I was doing that night, which was super nice of him. During the week of post-op, I was provided with all the medication needed. There was little to no pain. I will say though, that nasal stints were put in and breathing was more of my main concern than the pain. But overall, recovery was great. I think I healed pretty fast. Lots of rest was needed. Definitely take a week and a few days off from work. After my one week post op, my nasal stints were removed by Alina, and I'm so happy to be able to breathe again! After that, I was moved to the salon and spa, where I will be given another COMPLIMENTARY facial and hair cleanse & blowout. Thank you so much Agnes, for making me feel beautiful leaving the salon that day. I would like to end this review by giving a shout out to Dr. Gross, Shalyn, Cathi, Sara S, Alina, and Agnes for taking care of me throughout my rhinoplasty experience at Primera!!

I had considered rhinoplasty for several years to fix both my breathing issues caused by my deviated septum and the physical appearance of my nose. I finally worked up the courage to go in for a consultation and upon meeting Dr. Edward J. Gross and his staff at Primera Plastic Surgery I felt incredibly comfortable and extremely confident in my decision to book my procedure. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in answering all of my questions and I could not feel more excited about my choice to go forward with such an amazing practice.
