I thought a lot to do this surgery (a rhinoplasty to correct and straighten deviated nasal septum and improve breathing) after extensive research on the web. I found Dr. Gross. and I realized that he is indicated for my surgery. He is an expert in this art, a very dedicated and very professional. It made me feel very special. It made me feel great! The results were incredibly satisfactory! Thank you very much to your staff too. the Office girls, massage therapists, nurses, the anesthesiologist. they are definitely the best to do these proceedings. 100% recommendable! Thanks a lot!!!!

What can I say for my rhinoplasty with Dr. Gross and amazingly beautiful staff?If I could give more STARS I would because for an entire year the entire staff has gone above and beyond. My review is my story. A few years ago I went to an ENT for what I thought were allergies. During that time I was told I needed reconstructive surgery on my sinuses due to a past trauma. I had no clue really because my nose stayed straight it was just tender for a few weeks. I mean I had stuffiness but I wasn't expecting to hear "you need reconstructive surgery for 90% blockage in your sinuses." I was a little shaken but was ready to move forward. As we were scheduling my surgery I remember asking, " you can fix my breathing back to normal?" The doctor said yes confidently and went on about the relief I would experience. I then asked, " can you make sure that my nose is still straight?" I instantly watched his demeaner change. He gave his reasons on the importance of breathing over looking good. I scratched my plans for surgery and went on a mission to find an ENT that could confidently answer my question. I repeatedly asked a half a dozen ENT's can you fix my breathing and provide me with a straight nose since I liked my nose. One after another gave the same exact reaction. Which meant I needed to change gears. I needed to research more and take my ownership of my health and my appearance into my hands. I didn't want to settle, I wanted to correct my issue. I soon shifted to plastic surgery doctors, which came with the exact opposite issue as the ENT's. I'll admit walking into Dr. Gross' doors for my consultation felt like a routine I had been down before...but this time was different. This time I was heard. I liked my nose and really didn't want changes to my face because I wasn't displeased, so I was scared to say the least. The key moment came down to the same question, "Can you fix my 90% blockage AND provide me with a "straight" nose?" Dr. Gross smiled and went into all the possibilities "we" COULD do with ease. It felt like I was finally in the right place! Dr. Gross, and the entire staff are a friendly, fun-loving, and medically professional crew with lots of talent. During my consultation every detail was confidently explained, I was shown before and after's before my surgery with special imaging, an entire schedule was tailored to my follow up needs, my medications were given in advance, and basically anything I could think of was already made into a future checklist, a gift bag, or added as a bonus. I was looking for a doctor to do what many were saying was impossible. I was looking for a doctor to fix a nose I wasn't displeased with. A HUGE thank you for making my nose perfect.

I chose Dr. Gross for my rhinoplasty procedure. I was initially very concerned because I have a congenital facial palsy (birth defect) and wasn't sure if cosmetic surgery was a good idea in my case. Dr. Gross and all of his staff (Sarah, Kyn, and everyone) were all very courteous and professional. Dr. Gross answered my questions and estimated my outcome, including the (admittedly long) period of convalescence. I Felt confident going in to surgery. After the procedure and initial healing period (when my facial swelling returned to normal) the resulting nose looked much more balanced, and was almost exactly as Dr. Gross had described. What surprised me is that, in addition to the new appearance of my nose, I also noticed that my breathing had improved measurably. Apparently I had had a deviated septum, and also a bone spur that Dr. Gross removed. I had wanted the procedure for cosmetic reasons so I was very surprised and pleased that I can breath better as well. I'm glad I visited Dr. G.

I recently had Juvederm & Botox with Alina and my experience was AMAZING! She made me feel extremely comfortable by explaining what she is going to do beforehand as well as while she was doing the treatment! It also helps that she has a gentle touch 🙂 I highly recommend Alina!!
